How does booking work?
On the experience page, choose a date and the number of participants, then press “Book”. The booking is confirmed by the partner, or automatically after online payment. You can track all your bookings on the “My bookings” page.
How can I pay?
You can pay online via Payme or Click, or in cash on site. Your card details are never stored on the platform — payment is processed on the provider's secure page.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — you can cancel a booking free of charge on the “My bookings” page before the experience starts. If a booking paid online is cancelled, the money is refunded via the payment system (usually within 3–5 business days).
What is City Pass and how does it work?
City Pass is a single 1-, 2-, or 3-day QR ticket: skip-the-line entry to the main museums and monuments, plus discounts at partners. The QR code is stored on your phone and scanned at the venue — it works even without internet.
What is the “Bukhara passport”?
It is a free gamification program: you get a digital stamp for every place you visit, and stamps turn into badges and points. In the future, points are planned to be exchangeable for discounts at partners.
How do I leave a review?
Reviews are accepted only from guests with confirmed and completed bookings — that is why every rating on the platform comes from a real guest. Once your booking is completed, a “Rate” button appears on the “My bookings” page.
What languages does the site support?
SafarLine works in three languages: Uzbek, Russian, and English. You can switch the language at any time using the UZ / EN / RU buttons at the top of the page.
Who do I contact in an emergency?
The SOS page has the numbers for the police (102), ambulance (103), fire service (101), and the tourism helpline (1050), plus a tool to share your location.
